Horizontal Disposition and Development Agreement

The Horizontal Disposition and Development Agreement was approved by the San Francisco Redevelopment Commission on December 2, 2003 and signed at a reception for the Citizens Advisory Committee on December 18, 2003. It sets forth the terms and conditions for the Phase 1 Infrastructure Redevelopment of the Shipyard.

DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT

The 1,000-plus page DDA is comprised of the core contract between Lennar/BVHP and the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency and a series of attachments that elaborate on the parties' obligations and responsibilities.
