The Financial Assistance Program initiates outreach to financial institutions to introduce them to the Shipyard development, explain the general financial needs of the BVHP Area Contractors and assist BVHP Area Contractors in accessing financing programs.
The program works to introduce financial institutions to the Shipyard development, explain the general financial needs to BVHP Area Contractors, encourage financial institutions to provide financial assistance to BVHP Area Contractors, and assist those contractors in accessing necessary financing.
Lennar hosts specific workshops and property tours for financial partners. We have also created a Financial Assistance resources list available online and at the Contractor Liaison Office at the Lennar trailer. We continue to be a resource to financial institutions regarding the Shipyard development.
