Hunters Point Shipyard

COMMUNITY BENEFITS

The revitalization of the former Bayview Hunters Point Naval Shipyard in San Francisco is about building and maintaining a community, not just building homes.

At Lennar, we are passionate about our relationship with people living in Bayview-Hunters Point and we are committed to making a positive difference in the community.

Lennar understands that economic stability is critical to any community. In coordination with the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency and local residents, we have created a series of programs to support economic development and create positive, long-term benefits for residents and businesses.

The Community Benefits Program is a suite of 9 programs designed to help provide local employment, job readiness, small business entrepreneurial and homeownership opportunities, among other great community benefits.

The following is a summary of the Community Benefits Programs. Please click on the links below to find more detailed information about the program.
