As part of the Vertical DDA, there are a number of Closing Documents. These documents cover a range of issues from the financial deal and open space plan to the community benefits agreement and vertical design requirements.

DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
The 1,000-plus page DDA is comprised of the core contract between Lennar/BVHP and the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency and a series of attachments that elaborate on the parties' obligations and responsibilities. To facilitate your review of the DDA electronically, the contract and each of the attachments is a separate PDF.
